These terms apply to your use of WakeMeThere and the optional WakeMeThere Pro features.

Destination alarms

WakeMeThere is a travel aid, not a safety-critical or emergency service. Location readings, background execution, battery state, connectivity, device settings, and operating-system limits can delay or prevent an alarm. Keep another way to track your journey and do not rely on the app where a missed stop could create danger or serious loss.

WakeMeThere Pro

Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The price and billing period shown before confirmation are the terms that apply to your purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges your Apple Account and manages cancellations, billing, refunds, and subscription changes.

You can manage or cancel an active subscription from WakeMeThere's Pro screen or in your Apple Account subscription settings. Restoring purchases can recover eligible Pro access on another device using the same Apple Account.

Availability and changes

We may improve, replace, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the app reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features that depend on Apple, map providers, or other platform services may change when those services change.
